Breakfast at our B&B Hotel by Lake Garda
At Restel, breakfast is a timeless moment, a chance to enjoy the slow pace of a home-like awakening, with a gentle glimpse of Lake Garda's Trentino side.
We wish to help you fully experience the gastronomic culture of the Trentino side of Lake Garda. What better way to start your day than in our B&B hotel, enjoying a traditional breakfast consisting of seasonal, home-grown or locally sourced ingredients.
We lovingly cultivate everything our garden and our land on Monte Brione have to offer: citrus fruits, pomegranates, aromatic herbs, olive oil.
Every day we bake our “molche” bread, tarts, focaccias and our famous Trentino apple pie. We get the rest of our ingredients almost on a daily basis from a few carefully selected local producers. They all share a respectful philosophy towards the land, cultivated following the natural rhythm of the seasons, and towards animals, raised ethically.

As soon as you step into our breakfast room, you're surrounded by the aroma of freshly baked cakes.
You'll immediately notice the large French windows that open onto a glimpse of Restel's secret garden, an intimate and well-kept green corner in the heart of Riva del Garda.
On sunny days, having breakfast outside in the garden feels like a small indulgence: fresh air, complete peace and quiet, accompanied by nothing but the chirping of birds to wish you a nice start to the day.
