restaurant follows nature and
seasons. The Chef and
his assistants use
products from the
market, especially
locally-grown ones, and
invite you to discover a
light and delicious
cuisine of fish and meat
dishes, that is both in
line with modern tastes,
but also deeply rooted
in tradition. Daily
baked pasta and bread,
but also self-cultivated
or wild-grown
vegetables, herbs,
organic meat, salami
prepared in the best
tradition, game (Alfred,
like most of his fellow
South Tyroleans, is an
expert hunter), fish
from Lake Garda and
Trentino rivers, cheese
from Italian as well as
foreign alpine dairies,
honey and fruit from the
nearby valleys, and – a
must when it comes to
seasoning – the
extra-virgin oil from
the ‘Barele’ olive grove
owned by the Meneghelli
family.
